I want to share a story about overcoming self-doubt and finding my voice.

For the longest time, I was that person who quietly scrolled through LinkedIn, absorbing incredible content from others. Some posts lit me up with inspiration, while others… well, they made me shrink into myself, feeling somehow “less than.”

You know that feeling when you see someone’s brilliant post and think, “I could never write like that” or “Who would want to hear what I have to say?” I lived in that space of comparison for far too long.

But here is what changed everything: After my birthday a few years ago, I made a decision that would shift my entire perspective. Instead of remaining in the shadows, I decided to step into the light. I got the support I needed and started sharing my thoughts, my experiences, and my learnings.

What I discovered surprised me. Not only was there room for my voice, but people were actually waiting to hear it. My perspective, shaped by my unique experiences, resonated with others in ways I never expected.

Here is what I learned: You do not need to know everything to make a difference. If your words can help just one person, that is reason enough to share them. This mindset has rippled into every community I am part of – from professional groups to personal circles.
